With AxisInternet's Managed Services, we monitor your critical servers, networks and applications using our Network Operations Center (NOC). We utilize an extensive monitoring and reporting system located in our secure Data Center.
Daily monitoring of server statistics (taken in 5 minute samples) in the AxisInternet NOC for potential problems. Using our secure, web-based Customer Portal, you have access to monitor the health of monitored systems.
Services Preformed
Updating as needed the software and packages due to bug fixes and security issues. This includes customer's Windows 2000, Windows 2003, SQL, Exchange 2003, IIS and Cold fusion servers.
Monitor security on the server through daily reports from the server for unusual activity, security breaches, unauthorized access attempts, etc.
Receive 24x7 notifications of possible problems on servers and services running on the server via text messages and or e-mail.
When it comes to managed services, one size does not fit all. Each server and service we monitor and manage can have a unique, associated escalation rule, so the action our IT staff takes when a fault or failure occurs can be tailored to meet your exact requirements and budget. Depending on the level of service desired, our NOC staff can fix the problem directly, escalate to your own IT staff to resolve, or locate the problem and dispatch a third-party vender on your behalf. You make the choice.
Added Services
As an added feature to our Managed Services customers through our NOC can also perform Remote Monitoring of customer switches, routers, firewalls and in house servers.
